8 Hour Co-Occurring Training

                       8 hour Co-Occurring Training sponsored by the House of Hope, Inc


Presenter: Sarah Sifers is a Licensed Psychologist. She received her doctorate in clinical child psychology from the University of Kansas in 2003. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse psychological needs in a variety of settings. Dr. Sifers’ areas of expertise include clarifying diagnoses, providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults with psychological disorders or who have experienced traumatic events, and those with co-occurring chemical dependence. She emphasizes helping clients build resilience using research-based strategies.


Dates: Tuesday, November 13th & Wednesday November 14th. Both trainings will be conducted from 8:00 am – 4:00 p.m. It is the same training for both days.


Location: Minnesota State University Mankato Centennial Student Union 620 South Road Searing Room # 201.


Parking: There is free parking and Visitor Parking. Visitor (paid) parking is near the Centennial Student Union location.


Investment: $ 75.00 per participant. Includes distribution of the CEU Certificate the day of the training, coffee & snacks. No outside food / beverages are allowed on the campus. Lunch will not be provided.


C.E.U’s:  8 C.E.U.’s have been approved by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy for LADC’s. This training meets the Mn Behavioral Health Division 245 G regulation that all LADC’s receive 8 hours of Co-Occurring Training on an annual basis.
