Arlene joined House of Hope, Inc. staff in the spring of 2005 when there was only one 29 bed facility at 1429 Third Ave. Mankato. She watched House of Hope, Inc. grow with adding a women’s 7 bed facility down the street (which is now a 9 bed) to the purchase of the LB Oasis sober living house to the Fairmont facility which is a 26 bed facility that opened in 2012. More growth in 2019 with the purchase of Non-Residential locations in Mankato and St Peter to the opening of a location in Waseca.
She offices at the Administrative Building on Third Ave. She came with an extensive background in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Quick Books. Switching from working at a beverage business to a “HIPAA” atmosphere was a bit of a change but she enjoys the variety of duties. She started working with Theresa and now oversees personnel and part of the Leadership Team. In her spare time she spends time with grandchildren from out of state, gardening, biking, snowmobiling and bowling.
